Package Protection Policy

This document is provided for transparency and is subject to periodic revision. Please review it carefully.

Effective date: See footer, updated periodically

DRAFTING NOTE FOR COUNSEL/CLIENT (remove before publishing): This Policy applies only if Nabryx offers a package/shipping-protection add-on. Confirm: (a) whether protection is self-provided by Nabryx or supplied by a third-party provider (e.g., Route/Order Protection); (b) the price/rate; (c) exactly what is covered; and (d) whether it is ever recurring (if so, NJ auto-renewal disclosures apply). If Nabryx does NOT offer this, delete this file and remove links to it.

This Package Protection Policy explains the optional shipping-protection coverage offered by Nabryx Performance ("Nabryx Performance," "we," "us," "our") on qualifying orders.

1. What Package Protection Is

Package Protection is an optional, paid add-on that covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit between carrier acceptance and delivery. Because our products are high-value performance parts and standard carrier liability is limited (often around $100), Package Protection helps ensure you are made whole if something goes wrong in shipping.

  • Provider: [SELF-PROVIDED BY NABRYX / THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER NAME].
  • Cost: [PACKAGE PROTECTION PRICE OR RATE, e.g., a % of order value or flat fee], shown at checkout.
  • Package Protection is a one-time charge per order and is not a subscription or recurring charge. [CONFIRM, if it can recur, add NJ auto-renewal disclosures.]

2. What Is Covered

Subject to the terms below, Package Protection covers eligible orders for:

  • Lost packages (confirmed lost in transit or non-delivery after investigation);
  • Stolen packages (marked delivered but not received, subject to verification and any required documentation);
  • Damaged items (physical damage occurring in transit, with photo documentation).

3. What Is NOT Covered

Package Protection does not cover:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you;
  • Items marked delivered where evidence indicates receipt, absent a qualifying theft claim;
  • Damage from improper installation, use, or handling after delivery;
  • Buyer's remorse, wrong-fitment selection, or change of mind (see Return Policy);
  • Delays that do not result in loss, theft, or damage;
  • Any amount exceeding the purchase price of the affected item(s);
  • [OTHER EXCLUSIONS, CONFIRM WITH PROVIDER].

4. How to File a Claim

  1. Contact contactnabryx@gmail.com [OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIM PORTAL] within [PROTECTION CLAIM WINDOW, e.g., within 15 days of the delivery or expected-delivery date].
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation (photos of damage and packaging; for theft, any required statement or police report).
  3. We (or the provider) will review the claim and, if approved, replace the item(s), reship, or refund the affected order value.
  4. Do not discard damaged items or packaging until the claim is resolved.

5. If You Decline Package Protection

If you choose not to purchase Package Protection, your order is subject to standard carrier liability only, which is limited and may not cover the full value of high-value performance parts. In that case, loss, theft, or transit damage claims must be pursued through the carrier, and Nabryx's responsibility ends when risk of loss passes at carrier acceptance (see Shipping Policy).

6. Relationship to Other Policies

Package Protection addresses transit incidents only. Returns, cancellations, and product warranty are governed by our Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Warranty Policy. Nothing in this Policy limits your non-waivable rights under applicable law.
